Downtown snow emergency in Mankato (March 10)

Tonight at 2 a.m. (Monday, March 10), a snow emergency goes into effect for Mankato’s downtown corridor from Riverfront Drive to Broad Street and from Madison Avenue to Liberty Street. When a downtown corridor snow emergency is in effect, there is no parking on these streets so snow can be removed quickly and efficiently.

Temporary parking is available downtown at no cost in the Mankato Place and Civic Center parking ramps during snow emergencies. Parking is also allowed in yards during a snow emergency. Mankato’s downtown snow emergency expires at 9 a.m., Monday, March 10.
