Event at Mankato hospital aims to raise awareness of colon cancer, educate about prevention

MANKATO, MINN. — Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato is hosting a colon cancer awareness event Thursday, March 30, from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the specialty clinic atrium (entrance two) of the Mankato hospital campus, located at 1025 Marsh St.

Features of the event include:

  • 20-foot-long inflatable colon exhibit
  • Food samples from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
  • Handouts and giveaways

Q&A with Mayo Clinic experts from Oncology, Gastroenterology, Clinical Nutrition and Endoscopy
