Felon Dominique Lamar Breham Arrested Again

MANKATO, MINN. — Felon Dominique Lamar Breham and Karrie Ann Petersen of Waseca had their three year old child along while selling a handgun to an undercover officer in Blue Earth County.

On 04/07/17 Agents with the Minnesota River Valley Drug Task Force (MRVDTF) conducted a controlled purchase of a handgun from Dominique Lamar Breham, a convicted felon. MRVDTF Agents had contact with a confidential informant who advised that 28 year old Dominique Lamar Breham was in possession of at least one handgun and willing to sell it. 

MRVDTF Agents sent up a meeting and Dominique Lamar Breham arrived at the location of the controlled purchase with longtime associate, 27 year old Karrie Ann Petersen and their three year old child. Dominique Lamar Breham sold the informant a .22 caliber revolver and was arrested shortly after the sale. Karrie Ann Petersen was also arrested.

Dominique Lamar Breham was found to be in possession of suspected crack cocaine and an additional stolen handgun after his arrest. 

Dominique Lamar Breham is currently awaiting sentencing on a prior felon in possession of a firearm conviction and is out on bail for a prior MRVDTF drug sale arrest.

In October of 2016, Dominique Lamar Breham was arrested in Nicollet County after the MRVDTF supervised a drug purchase of three grams of cocaine and 31.4 grams of marijuana.

Dominique Lamar Breham has a long history of convictions dating back to 2007 in Hennepin County. Further convictions have been in Blue Earth, Nicollet, Scott and Steele Counties.
