River Valley Drug Task Force Arrest Mankato Couple

MANKATO, MINN. — Randy Joel Bade and his wife, April Michelle Bade were arrested in Mankato on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 after the River Valley Drug Task Force executed a search warrant and found a large amount of methamphetamine and marijuana plants.
The Task Force executed the warrant, which was obtained after a lengthy investigation, at the Bade residence at 1800 6th Avenue in Mankato.
Randy Joel Bade, 33 and April Michelle Bade, 28 are owners of the home and both were present when the warrant was executed.
During the search of the home, agents located 282 grams, or 10 ounces, of methamphetamine with an estimated street value between $10,000 and $15,000. Agents also located an indoor marijuana grow consisting of 10 plants, a revolver, and evidence of drug sales.
Randy Joel Bade and April Michelle Bade were arrested and booked into the Blue Earth County Jail on the following charges:
- First Degree Controlled Substance Possession
- First Degree Controlled Substance Sales
The Mankato Department of Public Safety and the Blue Earth County Sheriff’s Office assisted with the search warrant.
