NORTH MANKATO, MINN. — The public is invited to “play in the dirt” on Saturday, April 21 at the site of the Fallenstein Playground.

Join Holtmeier Construction and the Miracle League of North Mankato from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm as they spend a day playing in the dirt. Holtmeier Construction will have several pieces of earth moving equipment to view, dump truck rides and equipment demonstrations. There will also be Caricatures by Casey, face painting, information booths and a food truck.

The Fallenstein Playground site is on the west side of Caswell Park, 1875 Howard Dr W, North Mankato, across from Dakota Meadows Middle School in upper North Mankato. This is a family friendly event.

The Fallenstein Playground, named for Al and Erla Fallenstein is an inclusive, accessible playground. The main feature of the playground will be the surface – a rubberized, continuous surface that offers the opportunity for everyone to access the playground.
