Call for Proposals: North Mankato Public Art Initiative

MANKATO, MINN. — The City of North Mankato, in partnership with Twin Rivers Council for the Arts is accepting proposals to implement the first round of public art and creative placemaking projects in North Mankato. The goal is to bring vibrancy and unexpected fun into the community through public art and creative placemaking.
North Mankato is looking to fund five projects that demonstrate a clear idea, project budget and have a strong community component. For details, eligibility requirements, project scope and online application, visit www.northkatoideas.com. Deadline to apply is June 30, 2018.
Twin Rivers Council for the Arts is a collaborative alliance of local arts and cultural organizations, individual artists, and community members who share a vision for the arts in Greater Mankato.
