Victorian Superstitions: Mirrors, Ladders and Black Cats
MANKATO, MINN. — See the Hubbard House in a new with the Hubbard House Gaslight Series. To kick off this year’s series, BECHS presents “Victorian Superstitions: Mirrors, Ladders and Black Cats” on Wednesday, June 13 at 7 p.m. at the Hubbard House, 606 South Broad Street, Mankato.
Many of today’s superstitions have ties back to the Victorian Era. Discover their origins and decide how superstitious you want to be. Costumed characters will share some of the strange, curious or familiar superstitions.
Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for children 5-17, $7 for BECHS Members, and kids under 5 are free.
